Marketing Executive - Full Time
Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Marketing Executive to take ownership of our brand-building and sales growth initiatives. You will have a hands-on role in driving customer acquisition, retention, and engagement, working across email marketing, organic social, and partnerships with external consultants. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a tangible impact in a purpose-led business and work closely with a supportive, collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Management:
- Act as a custodian of Beaumont Organic’s brand voice and identity, ensuring consistency across all channels.
- Oversee photoshoots for web and wholesale, collaborating with creatives to produce assets that reflect the brand’s ethos.
- Champion the brand’s ethical and luxury values through storytelling and content strategies.
Email Marketing:
- Plan, execute, and optimise weekly email campaigns to drive revenue and engagement.
- Manage and refine automated email flows, such as welcome series, abandoned cart, and loyalty sequences.
- Analyse email performance metrics (e.g., open rates, CTR, revenue per recipient) and implement data-driven improvements.
Organic Social Media & Content Creation:
- Develop and execute a social media calendar, focusing on engaging storytelling and brand-building.
- Oversee influencer campaigns, including gifting, collaborations, and tracking results.
- Commission and create additional creative assets (e.g., flat lays, videos) to support campaigns and social media.
SEO and CRO:
- Identify opportunities to enhance the online shopping journey (e.g., navigation, landing pages, and checkout flow) to increase conversions.
- Create and implement strategies to improve how customers shop on the website with a focus on driving customer acquisition and retention.
- Work closely with the E-commerce Admin to implement strategies that enhance website performance and support customer acquisition.
Consultant Oversight:
- Collaborate with external PR consultants to secure press coverage and partnerships.
- Work with paid media consultants to develop and oversee campaigns on Meta and Google Ads, with a focus on USA growth.
- Provide strategic input, ensuring all external efforts align with brand objectives and deliver measurable results.
Affiliate Programmes:
- Manage affiliate platforms, building relationships with creators and tracking performance.
- Provide affiliates with engaging content and discounts to drive sales and brand awareness.
Customer Retention:
- Manage our customer loyalty and referral programmes to drive customer advocacy, retention and acquisition through word of mouth.
- Use customer insights to personalise campaigns and enhance the shopping experience.
Reporting and Strategy:
- Deliver weekly reports on email, social, and paid media performance with actionable recommendations.
- Develop and implement an e-commerce growth plan, prioritising USA expansion and customer retention.
Skills and Experience:
- Customer focused person.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with expertise in email, social media, and content strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance metrics (e.g., ROAS, CTR, LTV) and apply data-driven insights to inform decisions.
- Exceptional copywriting and storytelling abilities, capable of creating engaging content that aligns with the brand’s ethical and luxury values.
- Experience managing external consultants (e.g., PR, paid media), ensuring alignment with brand goals and delivering measurable results.
- Skilled in creative concept development, including photoshoot planning, logistics coordination (models, locations, styling), and ensuring high-quality, on-brand visual outputs.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability, able to balance long-term planning with day-to-day marketing activities.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

ECommerce Admin - Part Time 3 Days
Overview:
We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented E-commerce Admin to support the day-to-day running of our online store. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our e-commerce channel, which is a cornerstone of our brand’s growth and customer experience.
As a key team member, you will oversee the behind-the-scenes essentials that keep our online store running seamlessly—from managing stock levels and product updates to assisting with website content and customer queries. Your efforts will directly impact our ability to deliver an exceptional online shopping experience, maintain efficient operations, and uphold our commitment to sustainability and quality.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on organisation, values attention to detail, and is eager to contribute to a purpose-driven business. You’ll work closely with our passionate team to ensure our digital presence reflects the care and thought that goes into every Beaumont Organic product, helping us reach and delight our growing audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting:
- Assist in maintaining operational reports, such as weekly accounting, stock, and order summaries.
- Highlight operational opportunities and inefficiencies for the management team.
Stock and Order Management:
- Maintain accurate stock levels in Shopify, including regular adjustments and updates.
Product Listings:
- Upload new products, ensuring descriptions, images, and tags are accurate and engaging.
- Conduct regular checks to ensure pricing accuracy, category alignment, and tagging.
- Assist with seasonal markdowns, promotional setups, and product launches.
- Support marketing with collection launch strategy – breaking collection into packages to phase launch online.
Website Content Updates:
- Perform regular website walkthroughs to identify and resolve basic content or UX issues.
- Update homepage banners, collection layouts, and blog posts as directed.
- Support the marketing with basic SEO tasks (e.g., optimising product descriptions, checking for broken links, etc).
Skills and Experience:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic proficiency in e-commerce platforms (experience with Shopify preferred but not essential).
- Strong communication skills for liaising with internal teams and customers.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently and meet deadlines
Ad hoc team cover:
- Pick and pack orders
- Respond to e-commerce-related queries (e.g., order tracking, returns)
